[Moots Gristle]
We just built this Moots Gristle Zirkel for our best customer. For those of you that are not familiar with the Gristle, this frame sports 4" of rear travel with a 29" front wheel and a 26" rear wheel. Performance and bling were not spared for this build. Besides the frame, our customer requested a Moots stem and seat post to compliment the frame. Fork is the new 2010 Fox F29 with 100mm of travel. Headset is the heralded Chris King Sotto Voce NoThreadSet in mango with the King tall 5mm baseplate to make sure the Fox fork clears the down tube of the frame. Handle bar is the EDGE Composites riser handlebar. Wheels are EDGE Composites XC rims drilled 28 hole laced two cross to Chris King ISO disc hubs in mango with DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes. Drive train is Shimano XTR except for SRAM X.O trigger shifters and rear derailleur in the new tango color. Complete bike weighs 26.125 pounds as pictured with Crank Brothers Candy 2Ti pedals. Enjoy the pictures!

[Special Pivot Mach 4 in Pink]
We had the fortunate honor to build this special pink Pivot Mach 4 for a customer who was referred to us by another great customer. This X-Small frame has the stock Shimano SLX Pivot build kit. We upgraded a few items including the saddle to a Terry Butterfly in white with titanium rails. We also changed the grips to the Ergon GP1S to help better support her hands. Since she is very light, we upgraded her wheels and tires to help reduce rotational weight and give the bike an overall better ride. Hubs are Chris King ISO disc hubs in 28 hole drilling and are anodized pink to complement the bike. Rims are DT Swiss XR4.2D in 28 hole drilling, and the spokes are black DT Swiss SuperComp triple butted laced three cross. Tires are Hutchinson Python Air Light. To continue the pink theme, we swapped the seat post clamp to a pink Salsa LipLock and installed a pink Lizard Skins chain stay protector. It was a pleasure to build this bike for such a wonderful customer. Enjoy the pictures!

[Congratulations]
Just wanted to do a quick post to congratulate a customer on his accomplishment of finishing 12th at the Blood, Sweat and Gears ride held last weekend. This ride is legendary in the Southeast for its 13,000+ feet of climbing. He improved his finishing spot by a few places over 2008 as well as breaking the five hour mark which was his major goal for the ride. He brought his Serotta Ottrott to us for a new SRAM Red group as well as new EDGE wheels handbuilt with DT Swiss 190 ceramic hubs about two months ago. Weight of the bike went down around two pounds! I have attached some before and after pictures. Congratulations to David as well as all of our customers who finished Blood, Sweat and Gears.
